Fairacres Elementary School Principal Kathy Norris and PE teacher Julie Lightfoot, received a Community Grant for tennis equipment from the United States Tennis Association Southwest Section valued at over $900.00. The USTA’s goal is to promote and develop the growth of tennis in our communities. One way in which this is done is through outreach to the schools. Fairacres is one of several schools in Southern New Mexico that have received equipment grants from the USTA Southwest Section.
